Necrosis has already spread into the psoas muscle, therefore surgical resection of the necrotic tissue is not possible any more. Place me in an open field

Announce a Festival of Flesh

Leave not a Scrap of Waste behind

My mind is a wasteland

I have been bled dry already

I have become necrotic

Rotting from the inside out
