In Olde Town Square

The lights were bright

In Olde Town Square

The assembling had began

They all agreed that

Old acquaintances  should

Most certainly be forgotten

The hands inched closer

To the Hour of The New Year

Two cloaked men were light

The Red Ball and usher out the old

They strung up the town harlotte

She wore the finest Red Dress

Precisely at the stroke of Midnight

They Lit Her ablaze the town cheered

Then toasted Auld Lang Syne
